They used to make good food. Tonight?? Everything was burnt.... Onion rings were inedible. Pizza?? Anchovie, pineapple, hot peppers, extra cheese. 1 tiny piece of anchovie and 1 piece of pineapple per slice and burnt on the bottom. Not that tasty charred section here and there. Straight up burnt. Just plain dissapointment

Y’all did not disappoint on the Stromboli’s and wings!!! Everything was absolutely perfect right down to the delivery guy!! Thank you!! Still think y’all need to come south and set up a shop!!

Worst customer service I’ve had in decades. Ordered food over the phone, traveled 15 miles and picked it up. Every item we ordered was stale and rock hard. We called them and spoke with the owner. Never in my life have I been talked to in such a manner, let alone by a business owner. We politely told him our food issue, as we were hungry and upset we wasted our money, gas and time. He very rudely told us we were liars and then hung up on us. We will never return to this location and I will be telling all friends and family about this experience. I highly suggest giving another restaurant your business and never going to Bugsys!

Good pizza and wings. Love to get their Tuesday special. Sometimes they run out of wings though and that can be frustrating. One time Pizza was burnt but for the most part it is on point.
