I can't rave enough about the customer service at this shop. I've ordered online and on the phone. They go out of the way to meet your needs. Send pictures, texts etc. to make sure you get the exact colors you need. Offer to order if out of stock. They are just wonderful. It's many miles from me but hopefully one of these days I will get there in person. Thank you Four Purls!

I have not been able to visit the store yet, but I have received incredible help over the phone. Today Mary Anne put together a total of six different color combinations (three colors each), sent me pictures, and gave me her opinion when asked. I had a similar experience a week or so ago (not sure who helped me that time). This kind of customer service is above and beyond, and anyone who has ever ordered yarn online knows how difficult it is to see what the actual colors are and how they will work together. Wonderful customer service! I placed my phone order and less than an hour later I received an email with my tracking number. Double WOW!
