Friendly yes, My screen was cracked. I was forced to by a battery I did not need and it is worse than the good battery I already had, battery does not last 24 hours. Receiving the phone back it looked great screen was fixed. As I drove I noticed I had no service, I went to my provider and replaced the sim card. I continued to not get service unless on wifi. I went back to the store and asked if something went wrong when replacing the screen was told that they did not do anything but replace screen. No accountability or service was offered when going back in to see why my service was not working. My service worked fine until replacing the screen. 3 weeks later and I have no service unless I am on wifi.
