I need to modify my review. I gave 5 stars previously because I thought all costs are upfront. I was told by my dentist and front desk - 2 people that no costs for me for all my services after calling my insurance company. But obviously it’s completely wrong and lying! And they did another service to fill my teeth gap and still no costs communicated to me upfront and they let me leave looks like no costs again! They are not professional at all since they have a lot of miscommunication with the insurance company regarding how much costs insurance can cover and passed the wrong information to me. Now they charged me about $1000 dollars! So hard to find a reliable and honest dental place.

I came into the Worcester location for an emergency crown reset. I had an amazing experience! They were able to get me in pretty quickly and the staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. I left the office with my crown in place and a smile on my face. THANK YOU!
