I got acrylics done after not having my nails done in a while. Usually acrylics will last me around 2-3 weeks before having to get redone, and in the past I’ve only ever had 1 nail fall off. After getting my nails done, I promptly had a nail break in half that night (quite painful!). I will say, I went in and got this nail redone the next day for no charge, so I was feeling overall happy with the outcome. However, 2 days later, another nail breaks in half. One week later, I’ve lost 4 nails. Overall disappointed in quality of nails although their customer service was good.

It was my first time to Justina Nails, I found them just browsing "nails near me" in Google maps. I saw some of the pics of previous customers, saw they did custom nail design. I always wanted to try it, so I went and was assigned to Any(Annie). She was my nail artist and I have to say that she was very kind, present and talented. I am pleased with my visit and I will be going back.

Such an awful manicure. I asked for a dip manicure. Pricing was fine, place was clean. but, the woman sat down, immediately said wait a minute and popped open a prescription pill bottle that read "clonidine" in front of me and took her meds. She also asked me how short--I told her--and she said 'oh that no look good" to which I replied it was fine--that's how I wanted my nails. Super rude the entire time. My nails are so uneven it was like she wanted no part in doing them. And then at the end she was adding cuticle oil--dropped the brush on the floor--picked it up, CLEARLY dirty, and continued to put it on my nails. Then tried to give me cash back and put a tip on the credit card so it could be more. No thanks. Disappointed.
