I generally like beauty stores and the like. The staff here were also very helpful. Problem is, this store is disorganized. I think it is way better when everything sold by one brand is in the same area. It's hard to find what you need when half of the Tarte stuff is in one aisle and the rest of it is three aisles down. Or some of the ColourPop in one section and then an additional display hiding in the corner. There was also very low stock on several items. Makes it kind of difficult to be a one-stop shop for all of your makeup and beauty needs.

Have been calling both locations near me - at the Forum & Johns Creek Town Center for THREE DAYS!! no one answers.. I selected #1 to book a hair appt ... Just rings & rings and returns to the recording. BOTH LOCATIONS!! And when I enter my# online to get the text to book an appt online the link in the text doesn't work!!?? Just wanted to get hair cuts for my family... Why won't anyone answer???

I had a great experience at this Ulta. I was previously color matched but my foundation wasn’t the perfect fit. It was my color, but it was off. I explained to Bri and she was happy to help me. While color matching me she explained the differences in coverage, and helped me find the perfect shade. I was also able to exchange the foundation with no problems. Thank you so so much!
