This place is the absolute worst! Amanda is a very rude and unprofessional person.We were fined $50 when the dumpsters were overflowing with everyone’s trash and there was a huge line of trash and instead of fixing the dumpsters they fined us. I had gone in the office with my significant other who I was not living with and was scolded that I needed to be on the lease. The A/C in this place is always breaking, and it took over 24 hours for maintenance to come fix it. Not nice inside at all, needs a remodel. The office is also impossible to reach. The rent is outrageous for such a trashy place. Do not recommend.

They recently raised the rent again and most tenants can't afford it. They need to be removed from the"low income housing" list.
Maybe. But trust you dont want to live here. Its not affordable housing as they say

SORRY BUT NO, AND GOOD LUCK THERE OFFICE IS DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY VERY STRANGE HOURS THEY ARE OPEN.
Dryers are gas. as is heat, hot water and something else I am forgetting. Ahh, i am smacking myself in forehead. GAS stove.
Best to check the school zones. The closest k-8 i know that service that area is Explorer. As far as bus routes, ive only seen high school kids waiting out front.

Hi I've been here sense feb I've not had any problems or have i heard about any. I do see the police some time at night when i walk my puppy but they. Just riding through checking.I living here staff friendly. Its dog friendly.They try keep up apartments you don't tell they can't fix😕big pool kept clean Grass cut on mondays. path on property to target Publix dollar 🌳 etc Gate locks at 10pm an Weekends. Kids school At only gate in front. One way in oneway out Popeyes Apple Bee etc. you can walk to 10 different place easy I pray this helps May God Bless You
