They recently raised the rent again and most tenants can't afford it. They need to be removed from the"low income housing" list.

At one point in time they were but they have sensed changed and are no longer considered section 8. They've also recently raised their rent multiple times this year.

Based on income in that lower income has a lower rent range. Higher income, gets higher rent

Terrible company, they tell you all this good stuff but as soon as you go in there they keep raising the rent,now they want everyone to go online to pay your rent and raise rent about 3x a year,disgusting.Office only opens 2x a week.
