Brought my six month old puppy here for the first time today. Some good things; some not so good. GOOD: Two sides, one for dogs under 30 lbs, one for dogs over 30 lbs. And both sides are really large. NOT SO GOOD: There's no shade. On a hot day, it's HOT. No water fountain. BAD (but fixable?) A lot of the grass has been replaced by prostrate knotweed. I don't think this was intentional but it DOES make a good, tough ground cover. That said, it hides holes really well-- grows right across them. And they're break-your-ankle-sized holes. My dog actually stumbled in one but was fine. I spent my time there pulling out the knotweed so the holes were visible, but I think there's got to be a different solution. (I've attached a couple pictures to show what I mean)

Beautiful park to walk around, has 3 baseball fields and a swimming pool..

Clean up after your animals. It's sad that city employees are there picking up dog waste.

Nice dog park, other owners are typically friendly. Sometimes really muddy and area has a lot of trash and litter so watch out for that.

Not at all, just bring your happy dog and maybe a toy or two for them to play with
There is never a lock on it though, but when it's dark is not a great time to use it.
