Warning: Out of state IDs are not allowed!! I am 28 years old from NH. A group of my friends (4 from MA and 1 from RI) came to eat and get some food and they immediately turned us away because of my VALID driver's license...."We don't take out of state IDs" I was told. Being so close to Polar Park you would think they would have an ID reader or would like to match my Credit Cards to my name. I even had my health insurance card, but nope nothing. Very disappointed, but oh well they lost out on money from us.

Covid safety is of the utmost importance to us at Mai Tai. Staff keeps daily temperature and potential symptom logs for each employee. Upon arrival to the restaurant, guests are required to have their temperatures checked, via an infrared forehead thermometer, and to sign in for contact tracing prior to being seated. All tables are spaced 6 feet apart, and all booths are separated by plexiglass shields. Guests are limited to 90 minutes in the restaurant, and must order food while here. After departure, each table, booth and chair is properly sanitized. We also use single serve utensils and menus.
