Have to see I have eaten at a lot of paneras since they first opened. Some are great some are ok but the Is one is above and beyond. Great staff was very helpful and patient with me deciding what I wanted and made it an overall pleasurable experience. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference!!! A prefect turkey bravo is one of those things!!! ✌️❤️😊

I have never gotten a proper order from this location. Today I ordered a bagel unsliced alongside a Mac and cheese and a coffee. I requested utensils. No straw, no spoon, and they had actually BUTCHERED my bagel when it was never necessary to cut it to begin with. I tried to call the store and requested to speak with a supervisor or manager, and was left on hold for 6 minutes straight, to which I pretty much gave up and hung up. Boyfriend and I have decided this is the last time we will be giving business to this location, as this is not the first time they’ve screwed up and not even the worst screw up we’ve experienced (they’ve forgotten multiple items from orders in the past). We never have problems with any other Panera location, seems to just be the Newton Highland Ave location that’s an absolutely poorly managed dumpster fire.
