How to lose a consumer in 5 steps: 1. When your consumer arrives at 1:30 am looking to crash into bed after a long day of travel, tell them you oversold and gave away their room… 2. When they return the next day because they’d booked for 3 nights, don’t acknowledge or apologize for the prior night’s inconvenience or make any sort of small gesture, 3. When your consumer asks if there’s anything that can be done to acknowledge the poor customer service, first, tell them they should’ve called you to let you know they’d be late (since that’s easy to do from an airplane); 4. Then, explain to them that they aren’t a Platinum Bonvoy member and that’s why their reservation wasn’t honored (read: you weren’t important enough for us to care); 5. Finally, go on to explain how inconvenienced you were to have to find them a room at 1:30 in the morning and pay for it (even though it was entirely your company at fault, despite lecture in step 3) If this is an appealing consumer experience, then I recommend the Sheraton in Needham.

Depends on traffic which on a good day is pretty bad. Allow an hour just to be safe. Plus once you get there you'll need to find parking.
No gotta have a room
