Amazing customer service. Found out they were located very close to where I live. I called after telling her I was struggling to get my new lenses in and Ashley was so helpful, told me to come by after work and she would take care of me. So pleased to have my RayBan Wayfarer back! I had busted a lens out years ago and had been holding onto the frames in hopes i would NOT have to throw away hundred dollar shades away. IT PAID OFF! I was seeing Tiktok ads and got sold (great job to your marketing team). I was hesitant when it said it could take 4-6 weeks to get my glasses back but they had been sitting for 1-2 years so figured why not. Don't be worried, now I must mention I may have gotten exceptional service getting my glasses back within 2 weeks due to the fact I am in South Florida, regardless the glasses came completely spectacular and ready to go as I paid for the lenses to be installed and received extra back ups incase the lens get busted out again in the future (no more 12+ month down time haha).
