We do offer replacement lenses for Costa Del Mar sunglasses and do everything from our location in Clearwater, FL. However, please note that we carry our own line of Polycarbonate replacement lenses. They will not be an exact match to your original Costa lenses, and we would have to change out both lenses for you.
