Not much here. Short dark haired guy doesn’t get out of his car. You can wave at him, make eye contact, and yell ‘how you doing?’ from 13 feet away, but unless you call his phone to give him your truck and trailer number (which he can easily see from that distance) he will not open the gate, ignore you and act like you’re not even there. There was a lady on the porch but she never moved all afternoon. Apparently drivers aren’t allowed inside the actual building to use the indoor bathroom. There’s a “portable” bathroom out in the yard. You have to do your own washouts so get ready to get wet. Definitely a place to park. **EDIT** All dropped empties are DIRTY so don’t expect a quick turnaround if dropping a loaded one. They don’t washout your trailer OR the dropped trailers on the lot. Not much getting done here.
