They have not been able to meet a scheduled delivery date once in the couple of months we’ve been trying to use their service, and there is no call or email to let you know product is on the way or when it will be delivered. Grossly unprofessional and painfully disorganized.

We have been with this company for 2 years our first year was amazing no problems. Moved to Wasilla our second year with Alaska’s “best” and we can’t get a delivery without having to call the next day to say where is our water? Comp us a bottle... nah an entire year of services late or whenever your delivery driver makes it! After promising time and again this won’t happen! Clearly we were not important enough for you to fix or manage the problem and now we will take our business else where. Poor customer service and absolute horrible about delivering on time.
