There are two types of covered playground, splash, there is a lake and sand, there is a little shop with snacks, for those who go and don't take snacks.

Yes, but my dog is afraid of water. I don't remember seeing any sign that said no. All over where we walked there were places for you to pick up your dogs mess and put it in the trash. They even give you a free bag.

I have never seen gators on shore, but hanging out in marsh and near boat slips. Never been in water myself, but I've always heard that ameobas can be in lake water if it is warm enough. People are swimming and on jet skis!
