I am having a big problem with my upgrade! I never received my discount in my bills. I try to solve the problem in store and nothing and customer service too. I am very disappointed. AT&T never more.

ZERO stars if I could. Disgusted with the service provided and the general attitude of the employees in the store, specifically Jairo the "manager". I was lied to about the price I was paying for my business plan. They set me up on the wrong plan and one of the 4 phones incorrect which I have to pay more per month. The store never followed through with my trade-in phones and corporate never received the trade in-phones. I've called the store, customer service for 6 months and attempted to text with the manager of the store and they've made it very clear they do not care once they have you sign the contract and they make their commission THAT'S IT. You are of no concern anymore, on to the next customer to scam and take advantage of. Quoted $166.11/mo, first bill came in $453.90 and now can't get it under $215. That's the difference of $50 a month over 30 months is $1500. With that being said, the cell reception is great and I really like the phone. I simply would hate for anyone else to have a similar experience and I recommend staying away from this store because they do not care one bit about you other than making the sale. It's been 6 months calling customer support trying to get this figured out and all they keep saying is the store never sent in my trade-in phones so they can't give me the trade-in discounts. Terrible.
