In the daytime I use them 5 days a week. At night especially at 10 pm. to about 6am they NEVER HAVE CABS . IF ITS AN EMERGENCY AND YOU NEED A CAB TO A HOSPITAL OR JUST TO GO OUT FOR A ENJOYABLE NIGHT .FORGET IT. Useless

I called for a cab. They said 5minutes. I waited 25minutes no cab. I call back guys sounded like he forgot to send cab. Then tell me 3-5minutes. 😡I wait another 10minutes no cab. So I called Prestige who picked me up and were cheaper.Thanks for your comment sorry it depart fron the Pomona taxi group;

When calling they said car will be here in a few min. Took 25 min to come. I was heading to lga and there was traffic on the 87 I told him to use a GPS to check traffic but he didnt understand me. Finally when I got him to turn it on it was to late and we got stuck in major traffic. Will not be using them again.
