I have changed my name for privacy reason. Dr Flax should not be called a doctor he is cold and uncaring he has no empathy for the situation I was dealing with. He told me that no one can help me I was helpless I should go to a mental institution. I was so broken afterward that I was ready to give up until a friend recommended a different dr who listened to me was kind caring and sympathetic and was able to really help me. If you are seriously looking for help look elsewhere do NOT see Dr Flax.

First reason why I gave 1 star is because he does not know how to diagnose a person. He tells them something totally wrong. Second reason is, he was not warm at all he was cold and bitter, seemed as though he couldn't care less. His service was also horrible the wait time for an appointment is to long for the type of doctor he is. I say you should avoid seeing this doctor. Save your time and see a different one.

I came to know Dr. James Flax through word of mouth because of his expertise, so I went there for a check-up. I was surprised that I was entertained right away and he was so cool and personable. I've never felt that comfortable, unlike with other doctors or clinics that I've visited in the past. I was handled very well. He's gonna be my favorite doctor from now on. Thanks to him and his staff.
