I worked for them for 3 years as 5 star driver . after 3 yers I went back to get the job , they said no..it's not even worth working for them no more, I went to there office ask for a job back, there like you cancel to many rides , I cancel rides cuz some customers are far and by the time you want get to the customers they cancel the ride.. you guys need to fix your technical problems before you fire a driver, I wonder WHY Uber is better . And it's been 3 years that cancel rides so you guys shoudl give a chance to a driver , not only me ,it can be anyone . There is million job out there ..
This is the first time Lyft failed to get me to work sat may 1st 5am till 9 am. Is it time to get a car.

If you're trying to get a rental through Lyft Express drive, you will need to go into the app under Express drive, and fill the forms and make an appointment to go over there and get your rental.

You have to go to the Lyft Hub to delete your account. Lyft Doesn't read these.

Why is there not a customer service number where one can actually talk to a person? I have emailed support several times and have not gotten an answer back?!!

I honestly wish I knew the answer. When I had a problem with them I actually had to reverse the charges through my bank. No One ever followed up no 1 ever cared and I never use their service again!

Please contact Lyft offices and get an answer direct from them. There are two locations in Massachusetts one at Watertown mall and the other in Charlestown near Sullivan Metro Station.
I put my application in for Lyft and was waited on the background check to clear and it did and still stays background is Processing

Go to the Lyft Hub and check it in person with them. Lyft has 2 Hubs in Boston. Watertown (easy parking) or Charleston. They will help you out with any questions.
Every Informações you look for, they are in the app. Fare and other info, i.e., estimate travel time, tipping, etc., They are all in the app. Pretty straightforward.
Contact Lyft directly. Email them, explaining your reason. Short and direct. They will review the finds and decide on the refund. Normally, they are correct with passangers and drivers. All data collected on the Application are stored for future reference. Good luck! c
