I apologize for the delayed response and I hope that we were able to assist you. The voicemail and caller Id are checked daily and calls are returned as soon as possible. Sometimes I call back but don't leave a message because I don't know if the caller speaks English or Spanish and I don't want to confuse anyone. Therefore, it is very important to leave a detailed message whenever you call. I also find that when I leave messages some people must not realize it and don't listen to them.
