Had a great experience at Ford of Branford....Their service department and sales team is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Salesperson Richard Zayas was great! He knew everything about the car I bought, answered every single question I had but was not at all pushy. Gina was so helpful with the paperwork and even came outside to take a photo of me in my new car. Everyone there is so friendly and nice. It is such a pleasure doing business with Ford of Branford.

SEE MELISSA, you will not be sorry she will not let you down. Melissa along with Dominic's help will absolutely hook you up!! I just purchased a 2021 Ford Expedition Limited. These guys got me in and out painlessly. They got me out of my Nissan Rouge and into this big beautiful SUV. In just a couple hours and no money out of pocket! They explained the process in great detail and went over each and every aspect of this gorgeous vehicle. I would highly recommend going to Ford of Branford and Melissa as your go to sales person!!!

My wife and I had been shopping around for a new truck for some time, we stumbled upon Ford of Branford and had a unusually pleasant experience. Although they did not have the vehicle we wanted, the agent (he went by Dom) was wonderful. Very knowledgeable young man (he asked a lot of questions about us, our family, how we use our vehicles) wasn’t pushy (which is rare,) and remained helpful even after he realized he could not put us in the vehicle we wanted. Having visited 10+ dealers in that month, our experience at this Ford location stuck out so much that I had to leave a review

Amazing experience!! The Salesman Dominic was very easy to deal with and was Straight forward . Told me the numbers and even went little lower on cost! Highly recommend Dominic if anyone is looking into buying a car there. Also was chatting with manager Tanner who was also very helpful. He is very knowledgeable in what he does! Icing on the Cake was Gina, very quick & smooth in the finance Dept . I highly recommend going to ford of Branford , I guarantee you won’t be disappointed
