The eye physician gave me eye exam and gave me an incorrect contact prescription. I bought one yr supply of contacts. I could not see out of the contacts. I called the office. The same doctor saw me again realized her mistake and stated, "I am not sure if we can get you a refund for the box of contacts that you opened." I was out of $270 dollars. Terrible service

Unfortunately I developed cataracts that required surgery. Fortunately I went to Eye Physicians & Surgeons located in Branford. As of a week ago my right eye now has 20-20 vision. My left eye is scheduled for surgery in a couple weeks. Without exception, every person working at E P &S (Branford, Orange, and Milford) whom I had the pleasure to meet was excellent in all aspects: punctual, professional and caring. My surgery was performed by Dr. Alexander Voldman, a gentleman who epitomizes what is good in the medical professions. A sincere thank you to all !

Only If I could give this place a zero! I went here and was told I needed a new prescription with drastic changes. I went and had the new glasses made,in a different location. I knew right away when I put the new glasses on something wasn’t right. I clearly could not see and my vision was distorted. I called the office and went back to have the prescription checked. They made some tweeking in the script and I went back to the place I had the glasses made. Came back again, still wrong! I called the office and went back again. The script was tweeted again but was told there was nothing wrong! I ended up spending a fortune on having my lenses made over and over again 6x’s because I could not see! I drive children for a living and could not see with the new prescription (Now the entire time I kept going back to this office, did I ever see a doctor again! It was alway the optician or they would take the script doctor would change it but never see me!) I finally went back to were I went to have the glasses made and insisted they put my old script back in for my glasses. I finally found a new doctor and found out my script NEVER changed! I am still in the same prescription that I have been in for the past 8+ years. Would NOT recommend this place! They are are unpleasant and are very unprofessional!

This office is not what it used to be. I was charged for a diagnosis that was never mentioned during my routine eye exam with Dr. Voldman. The billing department was rude, and kept repeating themselves instead of listening to what I was saying. The doctor didn't even have the professionalism to call me back when I left a message. He had a technician do it. I will be pulling my whole family from this office, and now have to pay a bill for a diagnosis he never bothered to tell me about. Very disappointed to say the least.
