First post: These folks are great-- they serviced my Mitsubishi and accepted the service plan I'd purchased from a dealer in the Bronx-- they were friendly and professional and I was out of there SO quickly compared to any service experience I ever had in NYC. Update: took the car in a few months ago to have a new battery put in. Reasonable price. All-around good service so wasn't expecting what followed. Brought it back again recently because brakes and tires needed work. Was given a really expensive quote for 2 front brakes & 4 tires- over 1k. After talking to some colleagues & neighbors decided to go another route. Bought the brakes at autozone & had them installed at American Brakes on Walley- $50 for service & $38 for parts & the car runs great. Found brand new tires for $50 each & had them put on for $25 each, so including the $150 that Premier charged for a diagnostic I was able to get everything done for $538. The price difference is certainly worth reporting to the consumer community. I still like Premier and will probably cautiously purchase a car there in future, but I will say that this experience was enlightening. Update- outrageous prices post-pandemic. Bought a car at Hamden Mazda instead.

Such awesome energy throughout the dealership from the owner, who was there when I came in on a Saturday to test drive a few cars, to the general manager to the sales folks and other staff milling around performing their business.
