This is the worst collection company ever. I moved to another state, they sent probably 2 letters to my old address, never attempted to call me, they did have my phone number on file, they made no attempt whatsoever to collect this debt which I was wrongfully charged by liberty mutual. They messed up my credit because they are very lazy and do not attempt to call to collect this debt. They are just messing up people’s credit. No wonder why they have a 1 start. Useless company and people.

i’ve been having a lower credit score (went down 36 points) for a least a year now due to this company for falsely putting an over due payment of $341 from a comcast bill that was paid off by another company on my credit report! it’s really irritating when people are trying to build their credit for their future. This company is a complete scam!

I got a letter from this.compamy saying I owe The General $143. I called the general and they knew nothing about this and stated I owe them no money so now I have this negative report on my credit for a bill that's not even owing. After reading the reviews and the number of people this has also happened to I believe this company is nothing more than a scam and needs to be shut down
