They do have good customer service, and they are generally cheaper than the big box insurance company's, however you can get better prices with better customer service elsewhere..... I'm not perfect and made a $5.00 mistake with one of their providers, Dempsey tried raking me over the coals, I'm glad that they did, I've saved approximately $100.00 a year since I left them.
