Joe and Jeff were great. It was my first time in a motorcycle store, wanting gear to get ready for the BRC. They were extremely welcoming, thoughtful in addressing my needs and wants for both the short and long term with respect to motorcycle helmet, jacket, pants, gloves, and headset (I wanted this because I intend to ride with friends). I’ll only do business with these gentlemen. I got a first time shopping discount too, which was very much appreciated. I’ll add that Joe is also willing to help me fit my headset into my helmet, he set that up as well after close - they kept the store open for me for another 30 minutes. They didn’t have to at all. Unbelievable service.

Walked in and no one greeted us, they had like 2 customers so understood, however we were by the helmets for about 30 minutes, they were all just sitting around and around the 35 minute mark that when we get asked if we needed some help, I was charged 20 dollars more than the price on the helmet and had to go back in to tell them to change the price, I was told the REAL price was on the helmet, so they had TWO prices on the helmet, at least the gentleman there gave us the lower price, but if I didn’t go back in I would’ve been charged 20 dollars extra than the price it says on display. Probably not coming back to this location.

Purchased Kawasaki 400 ABS and needed helmet, jacket, gloves before I picked it up. Headed to Orange store where Joe was extremely helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and suggested items that fit the bill perfectly. I was very impressed with the variety of quality items, all easily accessible, with a wide range of sizes and colors. Can't say enough about the support I was given by Joe. I'll definitely be back for more supplies.

The store is clean and well maintained. Matt is great to work with and always answers any questions I have about products. They are all great with communication about part time ETA's and call as soon as something comes in for us.

Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
