Went there to return a dog toy and the guy who assisted me asked me if i am using the card ending 2545 i said i don't know why it's giving u a 2545 but i don't have card ending in that number i only have 4 cards and he insisted it will not accept it if not the card used either credit or exchange. I told him this card is most likely i used can he at least try that card and he wouldn't insisting it will not accept. He was just lazy to try. I'm also in retail and there's no harm in trying it. I didn't exchange coz there is nothing i want that they have and my dog have lots of treats. They were even murmuring and one person even laughed sarcastically. I decided to go to Bridgeport ave i know the refund i want is just $10.61 but if he tried ii would have to go to Bridgeport ave just because he was lazy to try to make the customer at least happy by tryin. When i get to Bridgeport ave i used the same card i asked him to try and guess what??? It worked! I don't usually waste my time giving reviews but this needed one! Here's the copy of my credit authorization and i will never ever go back to that location!

Excellent comprehensive pet store that has everything someone with pets will need. Friendly, inviting staff, and just a nice feeling. Also a very good selection of food choices, which makes it fun to browse and buy new items.
