We ordered a matching set of recliners and what we received was not the same quality as what was in the showroom. Very disappointed in lazy boy quality these days. They are not like they used to be.

I had a very poor experience with La-Z-Boy Ocala this week. I ordered a sofa and picked it up at their warehouse. After inspection, unbeknownst to my husband and I, the warehouse staff put the protective plastic covering back on the sofa upside down before they placed and secured it on the truck, and the sofa arrived absolutely filthy. I called the La-Z-Boy warehouse and left a detailed message. They never returned my call. I called the Ocala store where I bought it and explained the situation. I was surprised at how curt, dismissive and completely uncooperative they were. They told me it was "not their problem" even though it was very clear how this happened, and they were not interested in my concerns or in trying to resolve the issue. They simply didn't care. I spoke with Comfort Care but no action has been taken by them either. Now I have a white sofa I waited almost a year for that has dirt all over it and looks terrible. I have shopped at La-Z-boy for many years, and I have never had such a concerning experience. This is not the La-Z-Boy I know.
