They work on a 50/50 split, and after 60 days the split increases in their favor. They are a great bunch of people to work with. Call them for clarity on the split. I have sold and purchased items for on them over the years.

I have done business with them and it was excellent. All you have to do is email them pictures and a good description such as the condition and age of the item if known and they will reply back with their decesion and what they will list it at. They only sell quality things. I believe its a 60/40 percentage if memory serves and after a while if it doesn't sell they will lower the price and percentage changes. Also they do not call you when it sells you must call them periodically and then you have up to 1yr. to pick up your check. I hope this helps answer your concerns.

Ft. McCoy delivery is a $95 flat rate. One piece or a truckload, full service delivery including bringing the furniture into the home and placement.
