you can get it done if you are underage as long as you get a form notarized. im 14 and i got mine done here in january, if you go onto their website and look for the permission slip just print it out, have your legal guardian sign it, and then take it to the bank to get it notarized for free. :)

Billy did an excellent job finishing my paired nostrils. He measured with calipers to find the right spot. I already had one nostril done. I recommend getting one side done then waiting a few weeks to do the other side or you may have a hard time sleeping if you're a side sleeper. Also an appointment for a double piercing is a good idea so he has plenty of time. It was $50 with the nose pin. Billy is an expert and extremely fast piercer. This piercing takes extra time so I tipped him $50 and he gave me some Nelimed saline spray.

It's fifty dollars for nose, and it includes the jewelry, but get the saline wash also it's like eight bucks, but it's worth it.
