Amazing service from Kai! She was very polite. Knew what she was talking about and confident in what she spoke. Very pleasant experience! I had the ball fall off my helix piercing this morning while cleaning it, that was done on Friday. I also had her check my piercings to be sure they looked good. I really enjoyed the quick visit. Went back on Wednesday and Bradley checked my piercings and was super gentle and pleasant about it all. Very helpful by far! Ears looking better already and not as swollen. The lady working the front was super sweet as well. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. All around great service!

WON'T be back...EVER. Got my second tattoo here about 18 years ago and it was awesome! Back then, I'd have given this place 5 stars all day long. Went there at the beginning of the year, only to be insulted by the tattoo artist about how "old school" the husband's tattoo (which he's had for over 30 years) was and having a tattoo pushed on me that a "lady asked for specially and never came back for, so now I could have it." The husband and I figured it must be an off day, no tattoos that day, so we decided to give it a while and go back. Did so, today. Wow...don't have to tell me a third time! Guy behind the counter was completely overwhelmed. There were two couples waiting ahead of us and so we stood. No, "We'll be right with you," nothing. First couple, done and over with and up goes the next couple. Still...no acknowledgement, no... NOTHING. We finally walked out. ONE tattoo artist, ONE guy behind the counter? All I had was a REALLY quick question, literally, tat Artist could have answered in less than 30 seconds I'd have bet. I guess I'll get it answered elsewhere.

They usually do. Also they usually post the flash tattoos and specials. They have done the piercing specials the past two years that i am sure of. Can't see why this year would be different. They are only a phone call away for the most accurate information :)

All depends on the size, complexity, how much time... you want a good tattoo artist. Don't shop for the cheapest, shop for the best. Go see Tommy in Countryside Mall.
We are not. All month long we are doing a tats for tatas special that ends on the 31st
