I have repeatedly asked for a printout of the last ten years of insurance payments, and I have yet to receive anything. Do I have to get a lawyer involved??? inforce illustration. If any of you have a policy with Boston Mutual, request this and make them provide it. They are required by law and the commissioner to respond.

STILL sending me the statements after my last review saying how I am no longer using their services. STILL wanting money for a stepson and ex wife I haven't had contact with in years. They were removed from my account at least 12 years ago and my employer hasn't used them for at least 3. No proper response to my many years of emails, phone calls, and mailed letters

Have not received a new payment coupon book....called all the numbers on the site....got no answer until one number was answered and I was transferred to client services with a 10 minute wait time. Was on hold for 53 minutes until finally giving up!! Am now wondering if this company is legit?

I've been trying to get clarification on our policies and Michael Howes is non-responsive. Requested info in February which I still don't have, and when I call, I'm told he would be the one to help, but he's never available. I wouldn't trust these people to handle my grocery budget. I make auto payments, and then receive notice that the payment wasn't made. Find insurance elsewhere, so much easier. Customer service is everything. And when BM reads this, like everyone else, they will say oh please call us and let us make it right because your satisfaction is everything to us!
