Brian was great to work with. I ordered a flowers and berries Bouquet for a coworkers birthday in the website. I called to track order & Brian was very helpful with exact details and was accurate in timeframe of delivery. Unfortunately, when the gift arrived- it was missing the flowers. So somewhere a disconnect putting order together or the driver forgot in car. I’m not sure what or where the flowers were forgotten. So slight improvement recommended there. I called the store, again got Brian. After telling him about the flowers, not only was he incredibly kind, apologetic and empathetic over the phone… he offered me 3 different solutions to resolve the issue, no questions asked, no change in his tone or attitude. He was extremely calm, courteous & pleasant. In the end I would order again from this store because of Brian’s customer service and going above and beyond to make the customer happy & correct the issue. The recipient loved her gift and said the berries were delicious. Thank you Brian for restoring my faith in quality and authentic customer service!

I have never been more disappointed ever in my life and I have cancer .. everything was thrown together they told me to take 10 minutes I was there 45 minutes the two things we put together for my wife's birthday was 30 in tax and 49 in tax and once we counted everything up it was like five slices of pineapple six strawberries or eight strawberries and just terrible is awful

I went in for a birthday arrangement. They ran out of regular chocolate and asked if I would like white chocolate... which I love! Brian at the Southside Blvd location assisted me. Great customer service. Thank you !

Yesterday was my birthday and my husband got two different arrangements. One was a balloon, cupcake and chocolate strawberries. The other had pineapple and cantaloupe and honeydew. It was so disappointing the lack of pride used to make my bouquets. The fruit was not ripe not even a little. It was not cleaned properly either. All around a fail for edible arrangements, nothing like they were years ago when they first opened. You get better fruit from Publix.
