Shame on this court for letting people to sue each other for a notresanoble reason, It’s good to have a law and it’s good to protect peoples life but as long as people don’t file for stupid reasons for money. Please please change your policies and do not accept any cases with funnny and non reasonable reason, that way everyone can save time. So please before accepting a case just review their documents and reasons that way Everyone can save time Thank you

He must give you list of damages and any money being held back of your deposit in a timely manner (see details for your area) Pictures of move in and move out condition are highly recommended. Any notices you gave landlord regarding something not working include that as well.

Evidence! Reason for suing, paperwork and correspondence. Even text or email works. Witnesses to event are excellent to take with you.
