They sent a guy at the appointed time and diagnosed our Fridge’s problem for 109.00. Was quite satisfied with that but not the Estimate of 644.00 just to replace a Starter device that costs 20.00 on Amazon! This Kenmore fridge is 20 years old so we have opted to buy a new one.
