Horrible manager, horrible matienance man. Disgusting property. I found out I was living with so many rats once the first cold hit. They distroyed my trailer and my personal belongings. Holes everywhere throughout the trailer that the rats got through. They do not keep the property up whatsoever. Worst year of my entire life.

Listen I'm going to tell you about my personal experience. And that is that the management there let a tree remain on my house for months after the hurricane. And when I asked the piece of Canadian bacon why he will not get it off. He said trees are cheaper when they're on the ground. So during this. I was displaced and I contacted him to make arrangements to fix our home so we can continue living because the tree next to our house was about to fall on it in addition to. He then broke into the house through my son's window. Stole all of our belongings including medication that my son had for his brain surgery and threw it in the community dumpster. So you can take that as a positive reply if you like but I will dance like I've never danced before if that man was no longer in America tomorrow. Him and the manager Heather are the nastiest low down white trash straight up nasty individuals I've ever met in my life. He did this to me and Nathan Whitaker and Heather Davis will do it to you
