This is the worst place ever. I received a late notice that was billed on December 6 and today is the 13th. I didn’t receive my bill until December 2nd. Therefore it wasn’t mailed out until December 3 the guy was so rude over the phone and nasty. He should think about others and post office is running behind on mail. If I could leave a zero star I would. They need to make changes with office manager. No one should be that nasty.

They don't have an office you can visit to set up service. You have to write a check or a money order to set up service like this is the stone age (they'll tell you on the phone you can drop cash into the drop box that has giant signs on it that read "no cash" though). Their website looks like it was designed in 1993, has inaccurate information and office times on it, and non working numbers. Paying online requires you to pay a convenience fee that is covered by the consumer because they are a lazy and greedy company that won't establish policies with credit card companies. This is the only utility I've had a bad experience with setting up, and I've moved a lot.

As long as your subdivision has 100 or more accounts,yes. Smaller subdivisions don't have one.
It should be on your bill or you could call the office and they'd give it to you.
Through my bank. They also have a register of each and every time i inquired. Helpful?
