No we do not require you to live in any specific area to go to this or other locations

All I know is they do have a sliding scale fee. Not sure what verifications are needed. Plant city family care is the best, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my health care. Everyone is great there.

Not sure they do them. It's an income based sliding fee scale.

Yes and vaccinations usually go pretty quickly but if they have to do testing on you because of your diabetes it may take longer

Our optometry department has a provider there on Tuesdays and Thursdays. But you can come in or call any day to make an appointment!

Our Dental department is open from 7:30am - 5pm Monday-Friday

It depends on if you have insurance or not. Also, we have a Sliding Fees (set up by the Federal Government) that dictate what we have to charge for a visit, all based on the number of people in a family and the family income. We have the ability to provide hearing exams but do not carry hearing aids. We would refer you to a specialist for hearing aids, if needed.

The plant city pharmacy is open 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - they are closed for lunch from 12 to 2:30 On Tuesday we are open from 10:30am to 7:00pm - they are closed for lunch from 2:15 to 3:15

They take most commercial insurances, Medicaid and Medicare, county insurance etc

At this moment the family health center sees adults and the nearby pediatric center sees children and they administer their shots too in seperate locations. Please note in less than two months they will consolidate these offices and all medical needs of children and adults too will be provided at their new location. I forgot the new address....
