Ordered thru Uber eats and they sent the food in a clear container. You would assume they at least would use styrofoam container to try to keep it cool. Unfortunately, I have to repeat what everyone else is saying. “Good concept, poor execution” . I almost forgot, they couldn’t even put a spoon or fork in the bag.

Been here twice and both times ice cream was average if anything. The cookies were very hard and okay tasting (but the hardness could just be because of the ice cream). Both times the atmosphere was non existent and ordering seemed like a bother to the employee. Owners or management really need to train the staff better and make this place have more of an atmosphere. Maybe even get rid of the acrylic dividers hanging everywhere at this point. This place also does not accept cash which can be an annoyance for some people (like the customer who was served after us). There are signs everywhere about being cashless though.

Great concept, poorly executed. I wish the cookies were fresh, I needed a knife to cut into my cookies; the lady working the counter was very nice and helpful
