Don’t ever order over delivery service close to closing time , 30 min prior , they will process payment and take your money , but never make the food available for pickup . I will never eat at this restaurant again

So this is the second time I've had a terrible encounter w the cashier. This girl, is awful, rude and acts like you are an inconvenience to her when you walk in. First it is my option to give my number and she should be asking because it's her job. Instead when you ask she rolls her eyes and then hope you don't see it. The last time was explaining to me the option for my sandwiches All I have to say is this girl needs to be removed from the position. She is a complete waist of customer service. She has huge fake eye lashes and black hair. She's fat and extremely unfriendly. I guess this is jimmy johns new standard.
