Their shipping always takes a ridiculous amount of time. I ordered a hat and months went by just for them to canceled it. Now they sell the same hat for $70 instead of $50. Zero acknowledgment of being slow and not considerate of the consumer’s time or money. Trust me when I say this company is not reliable. When you order, expect it to take weeks or months. I hope they’re paying their employees well because this is sad. I understand there is a shortage of staffing these days but that just means you’re not paying well enough. For the amount of money they charge for garments, that shouldn’t be an issue.

Let me just say how amazing the staff are here! I had a pick up to do here on Friday, but I couldn’t find parking! So what did they do, Met me right outside to make sure I got my order. So grateful and I was coming all the way from El Segundo! Thanks ladies and especially for the lady who did this 🥰

I went in store to exchange an item I bought online that didn’t fit me right. The girl at the register looked at me up and down and then looked at my items and said they are not able to return or exchange them. I asked her why because I didn’t see anywhere that said that. She said they were final sale but I told her I didn’t see the packing slip mention that anywhere, and I wasn’t trying to return them I just wanted to exchange for another size. She denied me and said no we can’t take them. The other sales associates just looked at me and stayed silent. I grabbed my things and left. She was a young red-headed girl. I do not feel that this store is welcoming at all but their customer service over the phone is much better. Such a shame since the clothing is nice but these sales associates need better customer service training.

I have been a customer of unique vintage for several years. Their clothes often are of good quality and prints you don’t find everywhere. I used to love their sizing but now they represent a brand called magnolia place where you have to size up a minimum of two sizes in order for it to fit. I’m already a bigger person- the 5x skirt ( two sizes bigger than my usual size) would not even come close to closing without heavy duty shapewear. That being said they do offer some incredible finds and though pricey the sale sections/ Black Friday deals are to die for. This year I bought an incredible black floral dress ( I tried to find the original listing but I can’t any longer) that had a front tie at the bust. Out of the four items this dress was the only one confusing to me when you put it on the interior of the dress has a bunch of extra fabric ( see pictures below) while the extra pulls tight due to the excess fabric and the ties for the bow go in opposite directions. Normally tie pieces the fabric ties point towards each other but I thought maybe this one was different. I reached out to customer service and thought mine was final sale I was hoping to return it so I could purchase another dress. They didn’t take long to get back to me and they said they do not feel the dress was sewn incorrectly but gave me 15% off of my purchase price and a 10% coupon. While I am grateful for the something- I’d rather have a well fitting piece. This is a splurge for me as plus size clothing in my style is incredibly hard and expensive to find. It’s disheartening to hear a customer service rep admit that they obsess over magnolia parks beautiful patterns but as a large can’t bring themselves to order a 2x or 3x because of the label ( yea that stung a little bit) So instead of rating you a one star I will give you a 3 because you have beautiful, usually well made things but your customer service and support is not the best. TLDR if you’re in the straight or traditional sizes this shop will be fantastic for you - plus size- it’s gonna be hit or miss. Happy shopping friends

Yes! You can almost always park on the street, but we also have a private parking lot in the back of our building via alley access.
Masks are required and there are only 5 people allowed inside at a time
Absolutely. If they don't have anything in your size in stock they will order it's especially for you. It truly is a unique store.
I agree with Mary Garza if you do order online if in the la area you can pick it up in 2 days
In my experience, as long as you are within the applicable return window it is easy. Not everything is eligible for return, though.
Yes, they normally have two sale racks outfront and one towards the back of the store near the fitting room.

Yes, they have gift cards in amounts from $25. To $500. They can be ordered online or purchased in store.
