There are two self service car washes on this side of Burbank on Victory Blvd, this one and another less than a mile away going towards Magnolia. I prefer this car wash....it's a dollar cheaper and less busy. It's a little older looking but still a good, clean car wash with clean equipment that's in good shape. There's a car wash attendant too that makes sure to keep all the bays and grounds clean.

Worst customer service experience ever! I went to go wash my car and the a guy apparently "maintenance" started accusing me that I was changing 40$ bills for quarters when it was just 4$ so I can vacuum my car. He started saying rude and mean things,harassing me and making me uncomfortable. I've always been coming to this car wash and never had this type of experience. Hopefully management teaches their workers to respect customers and not accusing them without any proof.

I like how it saves me money compared to regular car wash. Water pressure is really good. I just wish they would add better covered areas (sun shade) for us to dry and vacuum because it gets really, really hot in Burbank during summer. Not so bad right now tho...
