Second time ordering from here and my last. Issues with my order both times. Yesterday I paid $16 (!!!! excuse me) for a bowl of pho with eye round added to it, it came with no beef at all. Got charged $1 to add hoisin, does hoisin not come with pho now? Guess what? Didn't get my $1 cup of hoisin in the bag. My bowl of noodles and broth was pretty un-flavorful, so the no hoisin really did it for me. I can't believe what $30 got me.

I love you guys. Really really deliciously good. Love the broth and everything about the pho chicken noodle soup. My go to unfortunately LOL! I’ll try more I promise but you guys are always so consistent. 🙌🙌

Basil and other greens were all black and very wilted. Spring roll had not enough rice paper, meat fell out, beef was very tough and bam mi bread was dried out.
