PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF AND YOU HAIR FOR THE NEXT MONTH OF THIS PLACE! Booked an appt, ended up getting the manager herself to do the cut. Everyone in the building (staff and employees) were masked up, but she refused. Attempted to tell her what I specifically wanted in length, but proceeded to be continually cut off, her reassuring she knows what she’s doing. After 45 min into the cut, I was better her to stop as she kept attempting to fix her mistakes, only going to make it shorter. My hair was 4.5 inches long, now it varies from a 1-1.5 and sticks completely up all the way around my head. When you’re begging the manager for a different barber, then for her to stop, and absolutely no recognition, there’s deeper issues here.

Walked in just randomly, it wasn't busy waited about 6 minutes. I got a great hair cut just like I wanted and I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes

A short wait, clean business, friendly staff, and great price! However, my cut was not the best. My bangs were done too short, and once I styled everything at home, I could see how uneven the cut was. I took scissors to it myself to fix it. But, I guess I'll take it because I paid $25 (cut + tip) versus $75 at a non-franchise salon.We're sorry to read this, Lauren. No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
You can use Online Check-In for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. And, most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call the salon to inquire.
Customers can check in online during the hours the salon is open. Online Check-In will not be available during the first five minutes a salon is scheduled to be open. This gives customers who are physically in the salon when it opens a chance to be checked in and have their names added to the wait list. We accept online check-in up until 30 minutes before closing time. You can still get a haircut at closing time, you just can't check in on the app.
When you're on the wait list, chances are you'll be next or almost next in line when you arrive. Please note that if you request a specific stylist upon arriving at the salon, your wait time may be longer.

All Great Clips salons offer haircuts for the entire family. Additional services include shampoo, blow dry, or styling such as an updo or French braids. We also offer perms at select salons. Please contact your salon to check the services offered.
