We always make it a point to visit In and Out when we travel to California or Arizona. As usual our food was hot, fresh, tasty as ordered. We all ordered our food different especially for my nephew who recently had a kidney transplant and yet they made it just right. Their staff were courteous, friendly. We always enjoy visiting In and Out . Wish they would come to New Mexico, especially in Albuquerque. Plenty of space off of I-40 and I-25 to park their establishments.

YOU ALREADY KNOW Before moving to CA I did not get the hype of In-N-Out but omg....it holds a very special place in my heart now. The prices are incredible and the ingredients are so good/fresh compared to any other fast food restaurant. Don't get animal style fries...its just not it. Enjoy the fries just the way they are!!! Just my opinion :) If you are looking for a solid burger, fries and shake combo...you just found it. The prices cannot be beat. This location specifically has such great staff...we love it!

Very disappointed. I've been coming to this location numerous of times and never had an issue . Today just seemed like the team tonight was not prepared. First, we ordered 2 cheeseburgers that were so cold as if they were sitting out and one had a tiny leaf of lettuce. I went to ask for new ones, the person in charge was kind and he brought them to us but the bread was burnt black and extra toasted. Everything was so poorly done. Had cut out all around to avoid the bitter hard bread.

Came here from Canada knowing that In-N-out is a must try. Got there biggest burger with the animal fries. The fries were definitely overrated and weren’t tasty enough to finish. The burger was juicy and had a lot of lettuce and tomatoes …

Everyone is masked up and they have plastic window shields at the counter.
In-N-Out Burger will be closed Thanksgiving, Easter Sunday and Christmas
I actually asked an employee about that... They said that their guarantee of quality and freshness is the main reason. A lot of times a delivery driver could get backed up, and they know that an In-N-Out burger and fries are at their best when they're HOT.
Are you serious?
Regular menu only offers grilled whole onion. Only newly added item is hot cocoa, strange for a burger place...Maybe comfort bev for heiress?
