Ordered online and waited for the food. Sent my brother in bc was not getting an update on the link on my email after 10 min (not even that they were in the process of making the food) When he went in, they hadn't started yet- he had to wait an additional 15 minutes. What's the point of ordering online if you aren't going to start making it until 10 min after we order when we walk in to check on the status?? I really don't understand. Also when the order was ready, instead of handing the food to him, she put it in the pick up box. Like why. You know plain well he was waiting for this particular order. It was 10 min before closing with no one else in the store. Come on guys. Common sense.

Answer your phone! I realize they want you to use the app to order but if there is a problem with it or you have a question, you're s.o.l. I ended up ordering from Domino's.
