Every single time I come they manage to mess up my order. Today I brought my sister and we ordered plain sandwich beacuse she is allergic to mayonnaise but of course as soon as I checked there was mayonnaise all over the patty and bun. If she would have bit into the burger she could have almost died. Not to mention we waited almost 20 minutes just to order food when there was an employee standing right in the back just sitting on their phone.

Last week my wife and I went through the drive thru around 10 and it closes around 11. Was told it would be 15 minutes and we waited but it seemed as if the workers were trying to get us to leave and not order. After waiting the worker didn't even give us our food first, they served someone who ordered after we did. I understand all orders aren't the same however they painted the picture that all good would take 15 minutes and we had biggie bags.

Never ever had gotten food this burned and dry before. Tastes like burnt scrapings off of a grill and can’t even chew through the meat. It’s extremely tough and dry and not edible. So disappointed. Can’t even eat them
