Roofing work, from quote to complete was under 1 week. A representative showed up when the supplies were delivered (a few days before the install) to make sure they were correct. A 1 day delay was due to a prior job running over. They called as soon as they knew they couldn't make the original date to let me know. no guessing about when they would arrive. It was a small job, 1 car garage, and they were in and out in under 4 hours. everything was picked up and left cleaner than when they arrived. I would highly recommend them.

First, we were completely satisfied with the high quality work Manny and the team from Shine provided us. Our new roof and siding look amazing! From the onset we were convinced Manny was the right contractor for our home improvement project and we were not disappointed. Starting with his initial visit, Manny walked us through the process of how Shine prepares the home and installs both the roof and siding systems. He provided excellent details on how the two systems complement each other and the steps from removal of the old roof, siding, and sheathing to the install of the new roof, wrap, foam insulator board, and siding and shutters. A few days after his initial visit, Manny personally walked us through the quotes and schedule by task which my wife and I felt set Shine apart from the other potential contractors. Manny stated he would start the project in three weeks and sure enough three weeks later he was ready to go. Although Shine was ready to go as promised we needed to delay the original start date by a week. We called Manny and he took care of us on the spot and moved the start date to the following Monday. Once underway Manny and his team methodically executed the plan to perfection. Each day the worksite was spotless to the point where you would not have known they were there. We greatly appreciated Manny’s briefing each morning explaining what his team would accomplish that day. Shine’s attention to detail was impressive to the point where Manny required his team to replace a few small areas of shingling that looked great to us but did not measure up to Manny’s personal standards. In less than a week we effectively had a new home with a brand-new roof and gutter system and high-quality siding. Our experience with Shine was outstanding from start to finish. Shine led by Manny and his team are by far the best contractors we have ever hired.
